The Golden Hills area of North Redondo is one of the more desirable areas of Real Estate. The boarder of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and South Redondo make it a unique section. This is the smallest area of Redondo Beach, when a home goes on the market here it tends to go quickly and with multiple offers. This area is also known for its’ tall and skinny homes that were built in the 70’s, many lots were split in half and had a narrow two-story homes were built on the land to maximize the investors profit. Redondo in general is known for fantastic schools.
