Extending from Longfellow Avenue north to Manhattan Beach Blvd. is a very unique section of Manhattan Beach. Many homes here have larger lots and sit upon a hill that gives breath taking views of the Pacific. While still a short walk or easy bike ride away from Downtown Manhattan Beach and the coast. This section only has a finite amount of multi-family homes while the majority are single family. Residents of the Hill Sections kids attend either Robinson Elementary or Pacific Elementary schools.
