Positioned east of Pacific Coast Highway, south of Anita street, mainly west of Prospect Ave. and north of Torrance boulevard area 155 is part of South Redondo but also considered “Central Redondo”. This area has a great mix of property types; single family homes, townhouses and two and three homes on a lot. This area is also special for its’ historic areas. One of them is the 500th block of North Gertruda and the other the 500th block of Garnet Street. These homes are protected under “The Mills Act” and can offer fantastic tax breaks for the homeowner.
