West of Inglewood Ave., South of Marine Ave., East of Aviation blvd. and North of Artesia are North Redondo area 151. The area is mainly home to many multi-home lots, some have good yards and some do not. Home prices can vary amongst this style of property based on variables such as a yard, HOA, detached or attached garage and a few other items. There are two elementary schools in this neighborhood, Madison and Lincoln Elementary schools. One of the gems of this area and Redondo Beach is the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center and the annual fair at this location!
