The skinniest section of The South Bay that starts at Longfellow Avenue, and west of Ardmore Avenue, east of Pacific Coast Highway and North of Herondo Avenue. Hermosa Valley is known for his close proximity to the coast and having larger lots and more space between homes than the Sand Section. Many homeowners in this area take advantage of the Green Belt that runs along the western side of the section. This area is comparable to Manhattan Beaches Hill Section but at a fraction of the cost.
