Following South Western Avenue for the eastern border, West 9th Street to Miraleste Drive up to a little south of Summerland Street is our Miraleste Pines. Almost a quarter of the area is taken up by Condominiums and the rest are single family homes, there are many nice and quiet neighborhoods in this area. The two parks that reside close to Miraleste Pines are Peck Park and Miraleste Park. The two close elementary schools are Crestwood Street and Seventh Street Elementary Schools.
