This section is skinny and long, starting south of West El Segundo Blvd., North of 190th street, East of Vermont Ave. and west of South Figueroa Street. The 110 Freeway runs down the middle of this section, just about four miles end to end. A few places call this section home; The Rosecrans Recreation Center, 135th Street Elementary and Gardena Elementary School.
