Bordering Rancho Palos Verdes with West 25th Street splitting this section across the middle. Many homes in this area have views of the ocean or city lights of Long Beach. South Western Avenue is the eastern boundary line and Deane Dana Friendship Park and Nature Center is the Northern and Western Boundaries. The only school in this section is South Shores/CSUDH Visual and Performing Arts school, located on the north side of West 35th Street. The two closest schools are Leland Street and White Point Elementary in the neighboring sections. Many homes in this area sell for around one million, there are a handful of apartment buildings in this section but mainly single-family residents are located here.
