South East Torrance/West

Sepulveda Blvd is the northern border, Hawthrone Blvd is the west side, Crenshaw Blvd the east boarder and Pacific Coast Highway residing as the southern border. Lomita runs across the middle of this section with industrial and commercial north of Lomita and Costco south of Lomita and Torrance Crossroads Plaza at Lomita and Crenshaw. Torrance Crossroads, commonly referred to as “Crossroads” by locals is home to the famous In n’ Out, Home Depot, Vons and many other food spots. Section 127 is also home to an abundant amount of Senior Living housing. Located in the North-West section of this area New Horizons South Bay is a fantastic community. Marble Estates and Southwood Sunray are two communities that have the great Torrance schools closely located and a nice park next to the elementary school. Torrance Memorial Hospital is also located on Lomita, close to Hawthrone Blvd. The final big-ticket item of this area is Zamperini Field, Torrance’s airport. The main entrance is off of Airport Drive on the south side of the Airport.
