This area is well known for the Del Amo Fashion Center. Located off the east side of Hawthorne Blvd. and west side of Madrona Avenue. There are three schools in this area; Anza Elementary, Jefferson Middle, and a Private High School, Bishop Montgomery. This entire section is between Torrance Blvd and Sepulveda Blvd. This area is all Single-Family residences except for two condominium buildings in the North-west corner next to Bishop High School.

- Within area 130 is subsection Southwood Riviera, South of Sepulveda, west of Hawthrone, North of Pacific Coast Highway, South-east of Calle Mayor and east of Anza avenue. South High school, Calle Mayor Middle School and Arnold Elementary are in this subsection. Lago Seco Park is also a gem of Southwood Riviera. There are many great little neighborhoods in this area and a handful of apartments north of Lomita Blvd.
