This section of Lomita is west of Western Ave., east of Crenshaw Blvd., north of Pacific Coast Highway and south of 240th Street. There is a large variety of homes in this area, ranging from Single Family, multi-home lots, townhouses and apartment buildings there is something for everyone in Lomita. There are many longer lots with two homes or just a single family still. There are plenty of neighborhood streets to reside on for quiet living and many opportunities for investment properties. Located off of Narbonne Ave. on 250th Street is the Lomita Railroad Museum, a fun little place in the heart of Lomita. There are many private schools in Lomita along with the Fleming Middle School, the high school kids of Lomita attend Narbonne High School.
