Palisades

The borders of The Palisades of San Pedro start off on the Northern border which is West 25th street, the eastern follows South Gaffey Street, the west border is Western Avenue and the southern border is the Pacific Ocean. Some homes in this section have great views and not much through traffic. This section is home to San Pedro High School Olguin Campus and White Point Elementary School. This section has a plethora of fun and unique things, like the Fort MacArthur Museum, Marine Mammal Care Center, Korean Friendship Bell and Point Fermin. The majority of the homes in this area were built in the 1950’s.
