Located west of Hawthorne Boulevard, east of Golden Meadow Drive, North of area 171 the Country Club and south of area 162 Monte Malaga. Many homes here are a good size, have ocean views and easy access to many hiking trails. The Fred Hesse Junior Community Park is located at the south-east corner of this area. The Lunada Canyon Trail is about two miles long, well maintained by the city, frequented by locals and visitors alike. This trail is also dog friendly, but leashes are required by law.
