Residing south of West El Segundo Blvd., east of South Western Avenue, North of Rosecrans Avenue and West of Vermont Avenue. Around 70% of the North Gardena area is Industrial while the East side is residential. This area has many larger lots with multi-family homes or potential to build multifamily homes. There are no schools located in the specific area but just across West El Segundo Blvd. off of South Vermont Ave. sits Helen Keller Park. Helen Keller Park has a baseball diamond, pool, basketball court and a fantastic community center.
