In this section of Manhattan Beach, you will find a pleasant mix of older but well-kept and renovated homes with larger and spaced out lots and many homes have fenced front yards. The boundaries of the Tree Section are south of Rosecrans Avenue, west of Sepulveda Blvd., North of Manhattan Beach Blvd. and east of North Ardmore Avenue until it curves around and the boundary continues north on North Blanche Road. Many homes in this area have an average lot size of 40 feet wide and between 110 – 135feet deep. The majority of homeowner’s children attend Robinson Elementary School and move their way up to Manhattan Beach Middle School then finally off to Mira Costa High School.
