Starting at the northern border of 190th Street, the western border of Hawthrone Blvd., the eastern at Crenshaw Blvd. and the southern border is Sepulveda Blvd. Central Torrance is almost half Industrial and Commercial in the north half and Del Amo mall in the south-west corner. One of the Torrance nature areas is Madrona Marsh which is located off of Sepulveda Blvd. is a great place to go for walks and see birds migrating during the appropriate seasons.
