Taking the name of this area into consideration, it is the crest of the Peninsula. Some of the higher elevation areas on the Peninsula, many homes with jaw dropping views and architecture from the 1960’s and 1970’s. This is a highly desired area for the close proximity to shopping, schools and parks.
