This is the next to the eastern most section of Torrance, starting at the northern most point the boarders are; south of 190th Street, west of South Western Avenue, East of Normandie Avenue and North of Sepulveda Blvd. This section has some commercial and industrial at the northern and southern end with residential in-between. The neighborhoods in this section have nice quaint streets with easy access to larger roads and close access to the 110 Freeway. Near the south end off of Normandie Avenue is Normandale Recreation Center, a nice park with baseball diamonds and a rec. center. Located in the center of this section is Halldale Elementary School, majority of students will attend J.H. Hull Middle School.
