The Eastern most area of the Peninsula located east of area 167 and mainly west of Western Avenue except for a little piece that sticks out. Some homes in this area have views of the Port, the city lights of Long Beach and the Ocean. There is a healthy mix of reasonably priced homes and condominiums that allow access to the fantastic school district of the Peninsula. One of the perks of this area is the closeness to shops, restaurants and freeway access to the 110 freeway.
