This special area of Palos Verdes is just west of the Los Verdes Golf Course, the southern border ends at Point Vicente Park and the north border at the cross streets of Palos Verdes Drive West and Lunada Vista. There is a small shopping center that aids area 170; gas, food, a pharmacy and more. The homes in this area are larger, have larger yards and many hold stunning panoramic views of the Great Big Blue Pacific. This is one of the smaller areas on the Peninsula.
