The smallest, most South-East section of Torrance borders Lomita and Harbor City. The boundaries of this area are South of Sepulveda Blvd, East of Crenshaw Blvd., West of Western Avenue and approximately North of West 239th Street. There are three schools in this area of Torrance; John Adams Elementary, Wood Elementary and J.H. Hull Middle School. Close to John Adams is Sur La Brea Park with two tennis courts and a basketball court.
