This skinny strip of South Redondo is west of Pacific Coast Highway and south of Herondo Street, also known as Anita Street or 190th Street and north of Paseo De la Playa and Camino de la Costa. This area has some of the most sought-after homes in the South Bay in the “Lower Avenues”, from Avenue A to Avenue H. These homes not only have large and flat lots but their location to many shops, restaurants and closeness to the beach. These homes are rarely on the market for sale so when they do become active listings they tend to go quickly.
